Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our stylists and other clients please try to give 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it to your appointment. This will let us offer that space to someone else. We do understand that life does sometimes get in the way of essentials such as hair appointments, and that sometimes it is impossible to give 24 hours notice but repeat offenders may be charged.
Timekeeping
If you are running late let please phone the salon and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Allergy Testing
Please note all colouring treatments require an allergy/skin test 48 hours before application.
Wondering why you need an allergy/skin test? A few people have an allergy to one of the ingredients found in all hair colours, PPD (paraphenylenediamine). It is VERY rare but it can be serious so it is essential that you have a simple test that takes 5 minutes to do in the salon and must be carried out 48 hours before your colour. No responsible salon would colour your hair without one.

Please inform us if you have any new medical conditions, or if you may be pregnant.
Colouring For Under 16’s
Children under the age of 16 should never be offered any hair colour or foils service, including initial allergy testing. But why not? The reason is that all legal colouring products used in the UK are labelled as “not intended for use on persons under the age of 16”.This does not necessarily mean that they are unsafe to use, according to the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Perfumery Association. But to do so means you will not be following the manufacturer’s guidelines, and therefore will not be covered for insurance if anything does go wrong. If that were not reason enough, children can often be ore sensitive to the chemicals in colour than adults. If a child has the potential to develop allergies (and this can come back to their individual genetic make-up), exposure at an early age may increase their allergic sensitivity earlier.
Parking/Public Transport
We are situated at 191 Chase Side, Enfield, Middx, EN2 0QZ, at the junction of Chase Side and Gordon Road.
There is free parking on Chase Side and the surrounding roads but please allow extra time to find a parking space.
We are a 5 minute walk from Gordon Hill and Enfield Chase train stations and 10 minutes from Enfield Town.
Bus numbers 191, W9 and W8 all stop close to our salon.
Phones/Laptops/Tablets
No problem using your devices in the salon but please put them on silent and/or use earphones.
